David - you were a shining star in the Cisco Mobile team. We created so many wonderful memories from the amazing journey that we all went on together, with remarkable successes on the way. Your infectious personality touched everyone who came into contact with you, your colleagues, customers and any others who were fortunate enough to cross your path. You visited so many different countries and cultures with your natural charm and winning smile never failing to connect with people. Chaos was your friend, with your insatiable appetite to figure things out and your generous desire to help everyone. You were never a fan of conventional thinking, always challenging and exploring different perspectives, stretching our minds and discovering the art of possible or even the impossible. You challenged the status quo but always with a cheeky grin and an eye for mischief. It was clearly evident that you were one of the smartest dudes in the team (and a good looking bastard!) but this never affected your humility and your genuine motivation to see the whole team win out. We will cherish your memory and you will live on in our hearts as we remember the huge contribution that you made, your great smile and joie de vivre, and all the fun we had together. You have been taken far too soon dear friend. Rest in Peace.

Audrey - Words can’t express how sorry we are for your loss. Our hearts go out to you, the children and all your extended family and friends. We hope his memory and all the people around you will give you the strength that you need to carry you forward. David was hugely popular in our community, we were so privileged to know him and many of us were lucky enough to call him our friend. We are contacting many of the old Cisco crew and in due course we will come together virtually and maybe in-person to share our memories and pay our respects. Bernd will represent us on Saturday and carry all our love to you and your family at this most difficult time. If there is absolutely anything we can do for you please do not hesitate for a second to ask.
